Jubilee cooking takes the biscuit

When junior pupils at Sibford School started cooking for their Jubilee tea party, most chose to make cupcakes decorated with red, white and blue icing.

But not so 9-year-old Jacob Robinson … whose confectionary concoction took the form of a cookie in the shape of the Queen’s head.

Food tech teacher Linda Denwood said: “I thought the likeness was incredible and the detail was amazing … even down to her majesty’s pearl earrings!”
