LEISURE MANAGER

We are seeking to appoint a dynamic Leisure Manager with excellent organisation and interpersonal skills, drive and ambition to develop and manage our leisure facilities.

The successful applicant will work alongside the Community Development Manager to oversee and manage the use of school swimming pool and leisure facilities and to develop and promote a broad programme of activities that encourage a wider use of the school facilities.

You will have specific responsibility for the sports and leisure facilities management including oversight of planning, health and safety, staffing, finance and marketing.

Although this is a part-time role (20-25 hours per week), additional hours may be available for the right candidate who can bring other initiatives to the role; or for a suitably qualified instructor who could offer coaching in other areas, for example a swimming teacher.

SCHOOL LIBRARIAN

Closing date for applications: 30th September 2019
Interviews: Monday 7th October 2019 (TBC)

We require for January 2020 (or sooner if possible) a warm, motivated and creative professional to manage and further develop resources and activities within our School Library.

This post is full time although applicants for a part time / job share basis will be considered.  Professional qualifications in librarianship are not required, but would be desirable.  The successful candidate will have enthusiasm, strong organisational skills and will be educated to degree level. Experience within the library/learning resource centre of an educational institution or similar information centre is not essential but would be a distinct advantage.

Hours of work will be school hours, term time only plus two weeks. Salary will be negotiable based on relevant qualifications and experience.

MATHEMATICS TEACHER
(Part time Maternity cover)

Part-time Lifeguards

(Evenings, weekends and school holidays)

Sibford School is currently seeking qualified part-time lifeguards to work mainly evenings, weekends and school holidays in our busy swimming pool which is open to both pupils and the public.  Applicants should possess a current lifeguard qualification or be prepared to undertake the necessary training.
