Careers at Sibford

At Sibford we begin Careers and SELF Programme in Year 7. Careers and SELF is essential to the ethos and missions of Sibford School. We value self-exploration and ownership and engage students in their own individual journeys throughout their school career. With both a comprehensive Careers and SELF programme delivered through focused tutor and PHSE session and one to one guidance provided by a qualified Careers Advisor. Students are encouraged to experiment their ideas of future careers aspirations. To explore the different opportunities that are available and engage in all opportunities that are provided. Students are expected to build their own personal profiles detailing their ongoing achievements. We use the Unifrog platform which is a one stop platform where students are able to undertake research, activities and record all of their wonderful achievements both at school and beyond.
